该项目为继 COSMAR、EVMAR 670KW 轴带发电系统后，公司交付的第三条轴发系统 ——DEYI CONFIDENCE 船 920KW 轴带发电机系统。此次交付标志着其轴带发电系统集成技术从 670KW 向 920KW 功率段突破，技术成熟度与可靠性再上新台阶。
轴带发电机系统作为船舶节能减排的核心技术，由发电机、变频柜、变压器及并车控制柜四大关键组件协同运作。船舶加装该系统后，各项环保指标迎来显著优化：船舶能效设计指数（EEDI）降幅可达 4%-5%，能源效率现有指数（EEXI）降低 8%-10%，碳强度指标（CII）减少 4%-5%，同时主机功率还能额外释放 10% ，以硬核数据实力，为绿色航运发展提供强力支撑。

Good news arrives in June: the shaft generator retrofitting project for the 176,000 DWT bulk carrier undertaken by GN-Power has been successfully delivered.
Following the delivery of the 670kW shaft generator systems for MV COSMAR and MV EVMAR, this project marks the third complete shaft generator system delivered by the company, featuring a 920kW shaft generator system onboard MV DEYI CONFIDENCE. This delivery represents a key breakthrough of our integrated shaft generator technology from the 670kW power segment up to 920kW, elevating the technical maturity and operational reliability of our solutions to a new level.
As core equipment for vessel energy conservation and emission reduction, the shaft generator system consists of four key coordinated components: generator, frequency conversion cabinet, transformer and paralleling control cabinet. After retrofitting with this system, the vessel achieves remarkable improvements in environmental performance indicators: the Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) is reduced by 4%-5%, the Existing Vessel Energy Efficiency Index (EEXI) cut down by 8%-10%, and the Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) lowered by 4%-5%. In addition, an extra 10% of main engine power capacity is unlocked. Supported by solid performance data, our solutions deliver robust backing for the development of eco-friendly shipping.
