7月2日下午，集团公司特组织召开专项工作会议，讨论上海舸能公司新的战略发展方向，确定新的组织架构。集团公司董事长卢云军宣布上海舸能公司正式加入春和海洋科技集团公司！

This strategic integration infuses new momentum into the marine clean energy sector. The two enterprises boast complementary strengths: GN-Power’s profound expertise in marine power system integration, paired with Chunhe Marine Group’s industrial foundation in high-end marine engineering equipment manufacturing, jointly building a full-chain support system spanning technological R&D to on-site application.
On the afternoon of July 2, the Group held a special work conference to deliberate on Shanghai GN-Power ’s new strategic development roadmap and finalize its revised organizational structure. Lu Yunjun, Chairman of the Group, officially announced the formal incorporation of Shanghai GN-Power into Chunhe Marine Technology Group.

By combining Chunhe Marine Technology Group’s shipbuilding production capacity with GN-Power’s energy management systems, both parties will jointly develop a closed-loop service system covering "green fuel bunkering – intelligent powertrain assembly – emission monitoring".
Led by Chunhe Marine Technology Group, the alliance of Huanjie Ultrafiltration (environmental technology) and GN-Power (power systems) forms a closed industrial ecosystem of "design & manufacturing – core systems – environmental supporting facilities". Moving forward, the three parties will leverage technological synergy and resource sharing to tap into the green and intelligent vessel market, evolving from single-product suppliers to comprehensive system solution providers, with the vision of becoming a domestic pioneer in low-carbon and intelligent marine technologies.
