The ship-shore power system is an electrical power supply system.When a vessel berths at the dock,its onboard diesel auxiliary engines are shut down,and the vessel is connected to the on-shore power grid to supply electricity for all-ship loads.It enables auxiliary engines to stop operation during port-staying periods,cuts fuel consumption,exhaust gas and noise emissions, and complies with EEXI,CII and port-emission-control regulations.
